The quickest way to resolve any product or service issue is through the store manager where
you made your purchase. Store-specific compliments and product or service complaints can be
processed using the pull-down menu below.
- From the pull-down menu, select Store Compliment or Store Complaint.
- A store locator screen is displayed from which you may choose your store by entering
the city, state or ZIP code.
- Once you’ve identified your store, click the Feedback button next to it to display a form
through which you may enter your compliment or complaint.
Upon completing all required fields, your feedback will be sent directly to the store’s manager.
If your feedback is a product or service complaint, the manager of the store you identified will
contact you next.
General feedback includes inquiries, comments and concerns of a general nature, not related to
a specific store.
- From the pull-down menu, select General Question or Request.
- A general feedback form is displayed through which you may make inquiries or provide
feedback of a general nature.
Upon completing all required fields, your feedback will be sent to our Customer Care
department who will contact you next.
